Application: circuit molding etching of printed circuit board, especially suitable for acid round etching of inner circuit, because it only needs very low exposure energy, it can improve the efficiency of exposure machine.

V. Usage:
(A) Pretreatment: chemical treatment and physical (surface grinding) treatment.
(B) Dilute PMA and add no more than 5%
(C) Film thickness: 8-12um after drying
(D) Drying conditions:

· 75℃ 5-15 min (single side coating oven)

· 75℃-95℃ 7-9 min (vertical coated wiring)

· 110-160 ℃ for 1-2 min (horizontal coating line)

(E) Exposure conditions: 30-50MJ, exposure scale: 6-8 (21 scale)
(F) Development: Na
(G) Ink removal: 40-60s (automatic film removal machine)

(A) Coating hardness: 3H (pencil hardness). After exposure)
